About Rail & Ridge

T.J. Harley is the founder of Rail and Ridge and one of Smyrna’s biggest fans. He’s been a proud Smyrna resident since 2005 and you’ll most likely spot him coaching Smyrna Little League games, at community events, or anywhere people are doing something cool in town. He loves this place, plain and simple.

T.J. has spent more than two decades shaping sports brands across the country as the Creative Director of his Smyrna-based design firm, Harley Creative. Working with everyone from major universities to the New York Yankees, the Atlanta Braves, and global events like the Super Bowl, NCAA Final Four and FIFA World Cup, creative direction is his thing — and he brings that same passion into every project he touches.

Rail and Ridge started as his love letter to Smyrna — a brand to celebrate the city with elevated, thoughtfully made  everyday wear with a sense of place, attention to detail, and made for the people who call Smyrna home.
